Academic Services provide comprehensive support focused on access to education, credential recognition, and professional development for refugee learners. The service includes outreach activities and partnership development with educational institutions and training providers to help reduce barriers to education and employment retention, leading toward successful career integration and durable career goals.
We offer step-by-step support to help newcomers strengthen their job readiness and employment access – from CV writing to interview preparation – so they can enter the workforce with confidence. It aims to facilitate labour market integration and job readiness by developing partnerships with employers, coordinating training and placement opportunities, and delivering workshops that enhance employability skills.
Through financial literacy workshops, partnerships with financial institutions, and personalized support, we empower refugees and newcomers to make informed financial decisions and build a stable financial future in Canada.
This weekly workshop equips refugees and refugee claimants with tools for self-sufficiency and supports their settlement and integration. It helps them access essential services in Quebec, including language classes, social assistance, driver’s license exchange, and school or daycare registration.
