Settlement & Integration

Starting life in a new country can be overwhelming for newcomers and refugee claimants, who often face barriers in accessing education, employment, financial and other essential services. Our Settlement & Integration Department provides practical support to help navigate these challenges and to ease their transition into society. Through orientation workshops, academic guidance, navigating the job market, and increasing financial literacy, we connect clients with the access benefits, programs and opportunities they need to build stability.

What we do

Our workshops

Orientation Workshop

This weekly workshop equips refugees and refugee claimants with tools for self-sufficiency and supports their settlement and integration. It helps them access essential services in Quebec, including francisation classes, social assistance, driver’s license exchange, and daycare registration.
