Health & Wellness Support

Newcomers to Canada, particularly refugee claimants, are extremely vulnerable to experiencing both mental and physical health challenges. Our Health & Wellness department offers accessible, culturally sensitive healthcare and wellness support to newcomers. Through partnerships with medical professionals and community organizations, we offer essential services, including workshops on how to navigate the healthcare system, support on how to connect with mental health professionals and an array of wellness activities, striving to ensure that all newcomers receive the support they need to thrive.
